Students interested in sport karate training will have the opportunity to join our successful national-level competition squad. Here we offer specific tournament skills, fitness training and strategies for future champions. Being part of our squad also gives our students access to exclusive training days as part of our wider association: Khalsa Karate.

Over the years our EKF (The English Karate Federation) accredited coaches have nurtured hundreds of students, many of whom have progressed on to represent their club and country on the international stage as members of England Team. From these, we are proud to have produced impressive number of English and British National Champions.
